How it works
- Tell us what you need. A stroll by the Shannon, someone at a café, company at an appointment or in a long queue.
- Pick a companion. Companions complete three checks: identity verification using government photo ID by our payment provider before their first payout; a short video call with our team before approval, showing government photo ID so we can match it to their face; and two references that we check.
- Meet somewhere public. Check in on the app, enjoy the company, check out when you're done.
- That's it. No small print about feelings. Just someone to loaf along with.
Our approach to safety

- Strictly platonic: no romance, no sexual services, no dating, and no physical contact beyond a handshake.
- First meetings always happen in public places.
- Check-in, check-out and an emergency contact on every booking.
- Easy reporting, real people reviewing it, and permanent bans for breaking the rules.
These are our planned checks for launch; checks cannot guarantee anyone’s behaviour. Payment-provider ID verification is handled by the provider. The video call is not recorded, and we do not store copies of the ID shown or other ID documents ourselves; we keep only a note that the checks were passed.
